Board
The board sets the organisation’s direction and determines its strategy. It meets four times a year and seats nine members. Gender balance, representation from various sectors and extensive HR experience are the main selection criteria for new board members.
The HR LAB coordinator, also a member of the board, is in charge of HR LAB’s operations, the planning of its activities, contacts in the field, account management and contact with (potential) members. He or she is supported by the office assistant.
