The reason for this restriction is that Talent Lab is funded via the HR Lab membership fees.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-206-3-1-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\"><div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"><div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\"><p>The aim is to form a group of 6 to 10 companies from as many economic sectors as possible. One afternoon long, four to six top talents of each company debate a hot topic that is of interest to everyone. A reputable keynote speaker sketches the outlines whereupon the discussion groups, composed of members of the various companies, can share their views on the topic and everyone can meet their colleagues from other sectors.
