Activiteiten

HR LAB zet in haar werking de focus op volgende activiteiten:

  • Het delen van ‘best HR-practices’ van lid (of niet-lid) organisaties
  • Keynotes van experten in een bepaald HR-deelgebied of van C-level executives
  • Academisch onderzoek

Bij alle activiteiten wordt gewaakt over het innovatieve karakter van het onderwerp; op die manier probeert HR LAB mee motor te zijn van vernieuwing op het vlak van people management.

HR LAB organiseert acht activiteiten tijdens een werkjaar (september – juni) en sluit het werkjaar af met een 2-daags seminarie in juni.
